Project
Chabahar No is a large-scale urban development project covering approximately 600 hectares in the detached district of Chabahar, commissioned by the Sistan & Baluchestan South Road & Urban Development Authority (Iranshahr). Prepared between 2024 and 2026 and currently under execution, the plan aims to fulfill the missing urban and metropolitan role of Chabahar by addressing the residential, service, and leisure needs of the region through a sustainable development approach. Rooted in ecological planning principles, the design evaluates the natural capacities and ecological potential of the site while promoting resilience and environmental quality.
The program introduces a diverse mix of housing typologies including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and apartment complexes alongside commercial, tourism, hospitality, and service uses, creating a vibrant and self-sufficient community. Beyond providing housing, Chabahar No is designed to attract investment and stimulate economic growth, positioning the eastern Chabahar region as a new center for employment, livability, and urban vitality.
